Since it was founded in 1988, the company has positioned itself as a leading manufacturer of plastic profiles. It opts for a personalised approach and hereby meets its customers’ needs. In 2005, Mr. John Chabot acquired the entire company and set up a new administration, after which it underwent rapid growth. Since then, the production capacity has quadrupled. In order to respond to the increasing internationalisation of its market, the company changed its business name to Extrucan (Extrusion Canada) in 2008.
The following year, in 2009, the company moved into its new 100 000 square foot premises. This space allows us to offer our partners the possibility to take advantage of more than 40 000 square feet of warehousing suited to a real just-in-time delivery system. The new building also enabled us to acquire the Acurex company as well as add several production lines.
The company’s growth can be credited to its experienced team that has its success at heart by offering superior quality products. Thanks to constant innovation we continue to grow. To date, the company has more than 20 extrusion lines and is specialised in the extrusion of rigid and flexible PVC, but also in materials such as polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, polycarbonate, ABS, and thermoplastics such as TPE and TPV.
